Apploi is seeking a Quality Assurance / Risk Management Nurse for a Nursing Home in Antioch, TN. The role oversees quality and safety of patient care through auditing records, regulatory compliance, and cross-team collaboration. Experience with EHRs and risk management in skilled nursing is required.

The Nurse will coordinate data gathering, analyze findings, monitor corrective actions, and support prevention programs to continuously improve the risk management program.

Qualifications

• Must have Tennessee RN license.
• Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and performance improvement processes.
• Ability to critically review records, identify trends, and assess compliance.

Quality Assurance / Risk Management Nurse Job Description:
