RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Corporate Quality Assurance Nurse (RN) in Georgia to perform routine audits of service delivery settings, support program development, and oversee medical aspects of QA committees. Uses the company designed Quality Assurance Assessment instruments to provide routine, scheduled audits of all service delivery settings at the service site, support of program development and delivery, support of the development and delivery of staff training curricula, and providing oversight to the medical aspects of each service sites’ Quality Assurance/Improvement Committee. These duties will be carried out primarily in a Nursing Home setting, with secondary duties in settings for people with developmental disabilities in the Eastern region of the State of Tennessee.
Education, Licensure, and Experience required for the position include: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BS in nursings preferred.
