Job summary

Assistance Plus seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the records program. You will lead the QA team, ensure accuracy and accessibility of patient records, and support billing integrity and audit readiness.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, Compliance, and IT to implement compliant documentation practices and protect sensitive information across Behavioral Health, IDD, and Home Care services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Minimum of five years of experience/knowledge of regulatory compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization, maintenance, integrity, and accessibility of agency records across all programs.
• Supervise records staff and coordinate retention and storage processes.
• Support documentation standards across Behavioral Health, IDD, Home Care and related programs.
• Monitor changes in regulatory and payer requirements and translate into practical processes and forms.
