Qualifications

• A degree in a health-related field and/or two years’ experience in health care education.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in medical records and/or quality improvement is preferred.
• Experience working with health care agencies and/or regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit standards of person-served care and electronic health records.
• Ensure quality improvement standards comply with the facility's level of care.
• Collaborate with the QA committee and program at the facility level.

Skills

Engagement in performance improvement data

Knowledge of Title 9, 22, OSHA, HCAI, HIPAA, CARF

Experience in health care education

Medical records and/or quality improvement

Education
