Livingston Manor Care Center is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse to join our team. The role focuses on monitoring quality of care, wound oversight, infection prevention, and quarterly assessments to drive improvements for our residents.

As a QA Nurse, you will collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to implement enhancements, develop care protocols, and monitor quality metrics. A sign-on bonus of $12,500 is paid quarterly over one year.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license and Missouri certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular surveys and assessments to evaluate the quality of care.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancing the quality of care.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain quality care protocols and policies.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics and outcomes.

As a QA Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents. Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided to our residents, monitoring wounds, Infection prevention, quarterly assessments, and making recommendations for improvement.
