Livingston Manor Care Center is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse to help ensure the highest quality of care for residents. The role involves monitoring care quality, wound surveillance, infection prevention, and quarterly assessments in a small, rural skilled nursing setting.

As a QA Nurse, you will collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to implement improvements, develop QA protocols, and track quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license and Missouri certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular surveys and assessments to evaluate the quality of care provided to our residents.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancing the quality of care.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse to join our team at Livingston Manor Care Center, a unique and small skilled nursing facility. As a QA Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents. Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided to our residents, monitoring wounds, Infection prevention, quarterly assessments, and making recommendations for improvement.
