Job summary

Maverick Power in Plano, TX is seeking a Quality Leader to drive daily quality management activities, lead structured problem solving, and reinforce lean principles to prevent defects. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to stabilize processes and build a culture of prevention.

You will coach the Quality team, standardize work, monitor KPIs, and mentor QC Supervisors, ensuring clear communication and durable improvements across the organization with emphasis on long‑term quality health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 5+ years in manufacturing quality.
• Lean manufacturing, root cause problem solving, and work instructions.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality management activities and containment of abnormalities.
• Drive structured problem solving and verify countermeasures.
• Standardize and sustain quality processes and control plans.
• Document, communicate, and sustain process changes over time.
• Support supplier quality and incoming inspection efforts.
• Partner with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production on quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team and leadership.
• Track and improve quality KPIs with visual management.
