Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading quality teams at a manager or director level.
• Experience in marine, automotive, recreational vehicle, aerospace, heavy equipment, or other complex manufacturing environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the organization’s quality strategy and QMS.
• Oversee APQP, DFQ, DFM with Engineering and Production.
• Drive SPC, process capability, and error-proofing.
• Lead supplier qualification, audits, and corrective actions.
• Investigate customer complaints and warranty data; implement CAPAs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer/regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
