Job summary

Module X Solutions in Shreveport, LA seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management system, oversee audits, and direct a growing QA team of about 50 staff to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal standards.

You will develop leaders, deploy Lean tools, coordinate daily QA inspector scheduling, analyze nonconforming products, and drive root-cause analyses to sustain on-time delivery of high-quality equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in QA/QC on projects.
• 5+ years in management roles in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• RCCA or Six Sigma experience preferred.
• ISO 9000/9001 familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team and audits to ensure standards.
• Manage the quality management system and documentation.
• Oversee nonconforming product actions and customer complaints.
• Plan daily scheduling of QA inspectors to support production.
• Develop leadership and deploy Lean tools for improvement.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
