Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC (MD&A) seeks a Manager of Quality & Continuous Improvement to lead development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of quality systems across operations. The role includes driving audits, strengthening internal controls, and collaborating with division leadership to select and execute improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related field experience in quality/CI in power generation or related industries.
• Proficiency in ISO quality systems, RCA/CAPA, and office software for forms and documents.

Responsabilités

• Oversee QA engineering programs and CI initiatives across operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to align quality objectives with business goals.
• Lead a team to evaluate processes and identify opportunities for quality or efficiency gains.
• Establish enterprise-wide quality policies, standards, and metrics.
• Develop and monitor implementation of changes for cost reduction, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive quality performance improvements and track progress against goals.
• Direct compliance efforts with applicable regulations and represent quality in executive decisions.
