Job summary

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation in Corona, CA is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support materials flow, inspections, and related reporting within the San Bernardino Quality Team.

The role involves coordinating material movements, inventory management, reporting, requisition processing, and supporting inspection and labeling tasks, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years in an administrative, inventory or coordinator role.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material movements: schedule inspection, shipments, and returns; request repair parts and consumables.
• Monitor inventory movements and conduct cycle counts and year-end counts to maintain accuracy.
• Generate and distribute inspection, returns and inventory reports; track performance metrics and issue inspector reports.
• Submit requisitions for replacement tools, equipment and supplies; process approved purchases.
• Provide administrative support for inspection, labeling, RA processing, and Fender.com orders as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure proper documentation and visual aids are maintained.
• Assist in launching new programs, policies and service levels; participate in team meetings to resolve issues.
