Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to lead and coordinate a team of QA, technical, and administrative staff in support of supplier operations. The role involves planning, organizing, and directing work, developing program recommendations, and managing studies that influence branch initiatives.

You will monitor data to assess the effectiveness of programs and drive efficiency gains across teams.

Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 level.
• Ability to verify by test or inspection that products meet requirements prior to acceptance.
• Experience investigating customer complaints and identifying causes.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct the work of subordinate staff.
• Direct subordinate technical, quality assurance, and administrative personnel.
• Develop, present, and promulgate recommendations to improve customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage studies and projects affecting Supplier Operations plans and initiatives.
• Monitor metrics and data to inform officials about program viability and effectiveness.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Review decisions by subordinates and ensure compliance with personnel management programs.
