Fading West is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality program for our modular home manufacturing process. You will oversee inspections, testing, documentation, and corrective action to meet company standards, plans, and customer expectations.

You will partner with production, engineering, supply chain, and leadership to prevent defects, drive continuous improvement, and maintain independent quality oversight across the value stream.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the company’s quality assurance program, standards, procedures, and inspection protocols.
• Lead, coach, and develop quality inspectors and other QA personnel; establish clear expectations, priorities, and accountability.
• Establish quality goals, performance indicators, inspection checkpoints, and reporting practices across the manufacturing process.
• Promote a proactive quality culture focused on prevention, consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inspections and testing of incoming materials, components, subassemblies, in-process work, and finished products.
