Job summary

Amherst StudioBuilt seeks a Quality Assurance and Inspection Manager to lead QA/QC on residential and modular construction projects in Cuero, TX. You will supervise inspectors, ensure compliance with design specs, and drive continuous quality improvements across production workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree preferred or relevant QA experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience in residential construction or modular construction preferred.
• Familiarity with quality testing systems and equipment and quality control methodologies.
• Prior leadership and/or training experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection of completed work and work in progress to ensure specs and plan requirements.
• Monitor construction performance for technical quality and compliance with design requirements.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with production for timely rework and corrective actions.
• Direct and train Quality Inspectors to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure documentation is complete, signed, and stored in the proper databases and folders.
