Clune Construction is seeking a QA/QC Manager to develop, implement and manage comprehensive quality assurance and quality control systems across multiple construction projects. You will represent Clune in project activities and business development, ensuring compliance with client, design, and regulatory requirements in mission-critical healthcare and TI environments.

The role requires extensive QA/QC experience in construction, strong leadership, and the ability to drive a culture of quality

Qualifications

• Advanced experience and knowledge of QA/QC systems, processes and procedures.
• Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control within the construction industry.
• Ability to use independent judgment, self-starting and ability to prioritize based on relevant factors.
• In-depth understanding of contract specifications, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and audit checklists tailored to construction duties.
• Develop and manage the implementation and maintenance of project quality plans.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for quality control deficiencies.
• Collaborate with design and field teams to address constructability concerns during preconstruction phases.
• Promote a performance-based culture to meet and exceed team goals while fostering a positive team environment.
• Train and provide guidance to project teams on QA/QC concepts and processes.
