Accentuate Staffing is partnering with an established fire protection products manufacturer to hire a Quality Manager for its Angier, NC foam operation. This onsite role focuses on leading the site quality program and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related field.
• At least five years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, instrumentation, measuring techniques, and wet chemical analysis.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing plant and laboratory; travel up to 10%.
• Experience with chemical blending and advanced laboratory methods is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site quality assurance program across raw materials, manufacturing, distribution, and customer locations.
• Own customer quality investigations, warranty claims, returns, and technical services for customer foam samples.
• Maintain third-party listings and audits; lead ISO 9001 compliance and certification audits.
• Manage quality transactions in the ERP system and support HSE programs.
