Job summary

Rev-A-Shelf in Louisville, KY seeks a Quality Assurance professional to audit internal and external processes, communications and policies to ensure products meet customer-defined standards. You will develop documentation detailing company standards for employee adherence.

Responsibilities include developing quality procedures, driving corrective actions with cross-functional teams, reviewing customer complaints, and facilitating Advanced Product Planning discussions. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specs.
• Read English and basic math skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality procedures and systems.
• Drive corrective action from initiation to closure with cross-functional teams.
• Review and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Facilitate Advanced Product Planning discussions and integrate into product lines.
• Train personnel on quality inspection and assurance methods.
• Overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
