WebstaurantStore is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to inspect completed work and ensure alignment with quality standards. You will work with leadership to identify issue trends and communicate findings to shift managers and peers, maintaining expert knowledge of products and procedures for daily goal setting.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, clear direction, and embodying company culture to engage employees and improve operations.

Formación

• Knowledge of inventory management and quality control processes.
• Ability to train and guide staff to ensure consistent processes.
• Strong data recording and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all products/orders are received, stocked, picked, sorted, or packed with a high level of inventory accuracy and quality.
• Maintain internal error trackers and utilize company systems to track accountability and ensure productivity and accuracy standards are met.
• Inspect inventory for incorrect items or quantities, damaged or expired products and erroneous data entries.
• Capture pertinent data, focusing on trends and potential training gaps to solve problems and improve the operation.
• Accurately record and maintain daily data sheets and/or reporting forms for submission.
• Assist in providing training to new and current employees to ensure uniform and consistent processes; address and correct any receiving process issues within the department.
• Assist leadership in providing feedback when required.
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to carry out job duties; adhere to all safety training and Company policies.
• Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals.
• Abide by all company and warehouse policies.
• Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation.
