Job summary

Qualifications

• Expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma proficiency for process improvement.
• FMEA knowledge for risk assessment and mitigation.
• Process mapping and value stream analysis to identify waste.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct internal and external audits; coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor process data; establish KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Manage supplier quality and collaborate with procurement on vendor performance.
• Oversee documentation, specifications, and work instructions control.
