Job summary

Starface World, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead global quality systems, compliance and product integrity as the portfolio expands.

The role focuses on QA, testing, packaging validation, supplier quality management, non-conformance investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role reports to Head of Operations and partners with Product Development, Logistics, Packaging, Regulatory, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to ensure safety, performance, packaging

Qualifications

• BS in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance in cosmetics, OTC, or medical device environments and understanding of FDA requirements.
• Strong experience with quality management systems (QMS) including document control and change management.
• Experience with product testing, packaging validation, supplier quality, audits and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Starface quality management system (QMS) and ensure execution of all quality control and compliance requirements.
• Write and maintain quality SOPs, policies and standards; manage document control, change management and periodic document reviews.
• Lead product testing programs for new launches including stability, packaging validation, and AQL inspections.
• Manage supplier quality programs and third-party audits; track findings and corrective actions.
• Own quality gates in development and production, approve pre-production and first production samples.
• Oversee packaging development and validation, maintain specifications for products and packaging.
