Chantecaille seeks an experienced Quality Manager to oversee product quality across the lifecycle for a luxury cosmetics brand, partnering with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and external manufacturing partners.

You will drive cGMP compliance, manage deviations and investigations, oversee recalls, end-to-end traceability, and supplier qualification, audits, training, and continuous improvement to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quality experience in skincare and color cosmetics.
• Expert knowledge of cGMP and applicable FDA requirements.
• University degree in Biology, Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or another technical discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strategic perspective with disciplined execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead quality governance and maintain the QMS, including SOP lifecycle, quality reporting, and regulatory alignment.
• Own deviations, OOS investigations, recalls, end-to-end traceability, and change control.
• Implement supplier qualification and oversee 3PMs and other critical suppliers, including packaging suppliers.
• Lead audits, quality training, process improvement, and supporting procedures.
• Define, track, and elevate quality milestones, risks, and conflicts; represent Quality in project governance.
• Monitor launches and coordinate post-launch reviews; initiate improvement actions when needed.

The Quality Manager will oversee product quality standards across the lifecycle, ensuring products meet regulatory, safety, performance, and brand expectations. The role partners closely with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing partners to identify and resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate brings strong beauty or cosmetics industry experience, with knowledge of quality systems, manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and supplier management. This role is critical to maintaining the high quality standards expected of a luxury beauty brand.

General Responsibilities

• Lead Chantecaille quality governance and maintain the QMS, including SOP lifecycle, quality reporting, and regulatory alignment.
• Inform and support Responsible Persons across relevant markets, including the EU and China.
• Own deviations, OOS investigations, recalls, end-to-end traceability, and change control.
• Implement supplier qualification and oversee 3PMs and other critical suppliers, including packaging suppliers.
• Lead audits, quality training, process improvement, and supporting procedures.
• Define, track, and elevate quality milestones, risks, and conflicts; represent Quality in project governance.

Innovation and Supplier Management

• Lead cross-functional quality partnerships for Chantecaille innovations from concept through post-launch review.
• Embed quality guidelines and early Quality involvement throughout IIM and the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Assess new quality requirements and product risks with Innovation teams and technical experts.
• Evaluate new 3PMs, critical suppliers, and business models for GMP, laboratory, and quality-compliance capability.
• Support on-time-in-full launches and own FFPR, ensuring compliance with Chantecaille requirements and Luxury Standards through product, documentation, and test-result review.
• Harmonize Quality processes across Engineering, Technology, Innovation, R&D Formula and Packaging, Marketing, factories, and 3PM quality teams.
• Monitor early consumer feedback, coordinate post-launch reviews, and initiate improvement actions when needed.
• Maintain Quality Innovation documentation and monitor launch-performance KPIs.

Quality Management

• Monitor and elevate enterprise Quality KPIs through SOPs.
• Track complaints, root causes, CAPAs, corrective actions, and PPM trends.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of relevant quality experience in skincare and color cosmetics.
