Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Brand Artistry Ambassador team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Cascade business priorities and strategic direction to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Solicit and collect feedback from the team to inform education and event planning.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the artistry team.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of client-facing events across territories, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery.
  • Collaborate with the luxury division education team to ideate and support events that drive incremental sales growth.
  • Monitor event performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future activations.
  • Support the training and development of Brand Artistry Ambassadors, ensuring mastery of artistry techniques, storytelling, and client engagement skills.

Role Purpose/Mission:

The Head of Artistry is responsible for leading the Brand Artistry Ambassador team for Chantecaille, ensuring the successful execution of client-facing events, alignment with business priorities, and delivery of exceptional artistry experiences. This role combines leadership and hands-on execution, as the Head of Artistry will also manage an assigned territory and perform the same responsibilities as Brand Artistry Ambassadors. Additionally, this role focuses on training and developing the artistry team, cascading strategic direction, and collecting feedback to influence education and event strategies.

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and manage the Brand Artistry Ambassador team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Event Planning & Execution
  • Oversee the planning and execution of client-facing events across territories, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery.
  • Collaborate with the luxury division education team to ideate and support events that drive incremental sales growth.
  • Monitor event performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future activations.
Training & Development
  • Support the training and development of Brand Artistry Ambassadors, ensuring mastery of artistry techniques, storytelling, and client engagement skills.
  • Partner with education leadership to refine artistry training content and methodologies.
Territory Responsibilities
  • Execute high-profile, high-yield client-facing events within an assigned territory.
  • Deliver artistry education and coaching to field talent to enhance brand execution.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during events, showcasing artistry and storytelling to inspire client loyalty.
  • Work closely with the Director of Client Experience and Education to align artistry initiatives with broader education and event strategies.
  • Share insights from the field to influence training programs and event planning.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners to maximize event opportunities.
Budget Management
  • Effectively manage allotted event and education budgets, ensuring all activations, trainings, and travel are executed within financial parameters while maximizing impact and return on investment. Maintain accurate tracking of expenses, provide timely budget updates to leadership, and make strategic recommendations to optimize resource allocation
