Job summary

Chantecaille is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee product quality across the lifecycle, ensuring cosmetics meet regulatory, safety, and brand standards. You will collaborate with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and external manufacturers to resolve quality issues.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in skincare/cosmetics quality, deep knowledge of cGMP and FDA requirements, and a technical degree.

Qualifications

7+ years of skincare and color cosmetics quality experience.
Expert knowledge of cGMP, applicable FDA requirements, and quality processes.
Technical degree in biology, engineering, microbiology, chemistry, or related discipline.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strategic perspective with disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

Lead Chantecaille quality governance and maintain the QMS, including SOP lifecycle, quality reporting, and regulatory alignment.
Inform and support Responsible Persons across relevant markets, including the EU and China.
Own deviations, OOS investigations, recalls, end-to-end traceability, and change control.
Implement supplier qualification and oversee 3PMs and other critical suppliers, including packaging suppliers.
Lead audits, quality training, process improvement, and supporting procedures.
Define, track, and escalation quality milestones, risks, and conflicts; represent Quality in project governance.
