The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for oversight of the Quality Assurance Programs for the respective Outpatient Programs. The position is responsible for educating about, tracking and monitoring report completions, oversees documentation of services by staff and coordinating all things related to the company Total Quality Management System to assure conformity with Medi-Cal, County standards, and internal standards and policies. Position participates in the preparation for corrective actions that may be needed for County, State, TJC and other stakeholder certification reviews. Participates and aids in the development of improved QA processes/procedures. Coordinates with Research, Program Practices, Electronic Medical Record, and Finance Departments. Oversees the Continuous Quality Assurance program and records all CQI data.
