Position Overview:

BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager. This is a full-time, remote role with travel to other Government or Contractor facilities as required. The typical workday is 8 hours, scheduled between 6:00am and 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Government Holidays. Core hours (9am to 3pm) are covered.

The Quality Assurance Manager must be capable of establishing and maintaining processes to evaluate software and related documentation. The role involves performing the following tasks:

• Determining resources required for quality control
• Maintaining quality throughout the software lifecycle
• Developing software quality assurance plans
• Conducting formal and informal reviews at key development stages

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control
• 3+ years in verification, validation, software testing, integration, and software metrics applied to quality assessment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (preferred)
