Transdev in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager monitors and evaluates contractor service compliance, operations performance, and operations compliance. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor all activities related to organizational quality management in adherence to contractual and national standards.
- Direct the intake, compilation, and intra/inter-departmental coordination, documentation, resolution, and reporting of quality management activities.
- Ensure adherence to timeliness requirements for response, resolution, and reporting of complaints and grievances.
- Update and report activities to management in a consistent and timely manner.
- Oversee data gathering, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure all submittals are accurate and submitted on time according to the contract.
- Perform random audits of maintenance DVIR and quality checks of all department records.
- Perform random audits of contractor performance, such as wash logs and fuel logs.
- Perform random audits with the Safety Manager of department requirements, including D&A compliance and BOCT logs.
- Audit subcontractor driver files for compliance with policies and laws related to D&A testing.
- Organize systematic data collection and analysis with other departments.
- Provide data and information to monitor and coordinate quality improvement, credentialing, and service outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate contractor compliance and write oversight reports.
- Evaluate data using spreadsheets.
- Monitor compliance with operations contracts.
- Monitor driver schedule adherence, operator skills and appearance, and perform credential checks.
- Complete reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient operation of the contract and services.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- At least 3 years of public transit experience required.
- One or more years in a quality assurance role with responsibilities for ensuring compliance with contracts, labor agreements, and laws.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
- Work environment includes both indoors and outdoors.
