Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all activities related to organizational quality management, ensuring adherence to contractual and national standards.
• Manage the intake, compilation, and coordination of quality management activities, including documentation, resolution, and reporting.
• Ensure timely response, resolution, and reporting of complaints and grievances.
• Update and report activities to management in a consistent and timely manner.
• Oversee data gathering, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Ensure all submittals are accurate and submitted on time per contract requirements.
• Perform random audits of maintenance DVIR and other quality checks.
• Audit contractor performance, including logs and compliance with safety and drug testing policies.
• Organize systematic data collection and analysis with other departments.
• Provide data to support quality improvement and service outcomes.
• Monitor contractor compliance and produce oversight reports.
• Assess data using spreadsheets and monitor adherence to contracts.
• Monitor driver schedules, performance, and appearance; verify operator credentials.
• Complete reports and paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient contract operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of public transit experience.
• At least 1 year in a quality assurance role responsible for compliance with contracts, labor agreements, and laws.
