Job summary

Delta Community Supports seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee audits, record reviews, and site inspections across residential and vocational programs.

You will liaise between local and national offices, ensuring policy implementation and regulatory compliance, while driving continuous quality improvement and staff training in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years’ work experience with persons with intellectual disabilities.
• Two years’ experience using electronic health records and database management.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of community-based support services and QA program management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct quality assurance audits of financial records and personnel files.
• Conduct comprehensive record reviews and site inspections.
• Submit quarterly audit reports to directors and regional/state leadership.
• Perform initial 30-day audits for new homes/programs.
• Maintain a master file of audit findings and cooperate with investigations.
• Provide staff training and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

This person will serve as a liaison between the local office and the national office. This person will be held accountable for ensuring the appropriate implementation of policies and procedures and ensuring programs are completely in compliance with state rules, regulations and agency policies.Reports to: The Director of Quality AssurancePrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
