Job summary

You will own the ISO 9001:2015 QMS, drive a prevention-first, data-driven quality culture, and partner with production, engineering, and suppliers to improve product quality and factory performance. You will manage a team of quality engineers and technicians, apply SPC, Six Sigma, and APQP tools, and report KPIs to senior leadership,

Qualifications

• Own, maintain, and improve the ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• Lead internal audits, management reviews, and surveillance audits.
• Define, track, and report plant quality KPIs (FPR, COPQ, warranty).
• Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA (8D, 5-Why, fishbone).
• Champion Lean Six Sigma to reduce variation and waste.
• Oversee supplier quality processes and PPAP activities.
• Represent quality in new product introductions and design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and continually improve the company’s Quality Management System in conformance with ISO 9001:2015; lead audits and reviews.
• Define, track, and report plant quality KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformances and customer issues.
• Champion Lean/Six Sigma to reduce variation, waste, and costs.
• Manage supplier quality programs, PPAP, and audits with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee in-process and final inspections, calibration, and MRB processes.
• Coordinate with engineering and production to design quality into products and processes.
• Communicate quality performance clearly to leadership and customers.
