Safe Air Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to lead the QA/QC team across manufacturing, engineering, and operations.

You will drive quality improvements, establish checkpoints, and manage NCR/CAPA processes to prevent defects and ensure conformance to drawings and specs. You will partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to reduce rework, improve first-pass yield, and build robust quality systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA/QC or manufacturing quality.
• Previous supervisory/management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience developing or improving a QMS.
• Experience managing NCRs, corrective actions, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Responsabilités

• Lead all safety initiatives across manufacturing, warehouse, and field support.
• Learn and evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify quality gaps.
• Develop, implement and maintain QA/QC procedures.
• Establish quality checkpoints throughout production and defects identified at source.
• Manage NCR process, ensuring issues are documented, investigated, tracked and closed.
• Track NCRs and quality trends to identify recurring problems by department or process.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement CAPA to prevent repeats.
• Create and improve quality procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and documentation.
• Conduct / oversee in-process and final inspections of manufactured equipment.
• Review drawings, BOMs, specs to ensure quality requirements are understood.
• Partner with Production to reduce defects and improve first-pass quality.
• Work with Engineering to resolve drawing and manufacturing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain regarding supplier quality issues.
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs and actionable improvements.
• Train employees on quality expectations and procedures.
