Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System, maintain ASME/NAVY/ISO certifications, and ensure regulatory compliance for the Denton, TX facility. The role oversees audits, supplier quality, and nonconformance management, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, and Project Management to deliver compliant, high-quality products.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in industrial manufacturing quality programs, leadership of quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive quality management experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience administering ASME quality programs and fabrication code requirements.
• Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments (nuclear, power generation, energy, or industrial equipment).
• Experience leading internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Supervisory experience managing quality personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System and ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with applicable standards, certifications, and customer requirements.
• Plan, conduct, and oversee internal audits and customer/regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate supplier qualification, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure products meet engineering specs, codes, and customer requirements.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Supervise quality staff and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and Project Management to drive quality.
