Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the plant quality function, ensuring products meet Amcor and customer standards through SPC, audits, and data-driven improvements. You will manage a team, coordinate with corporate, and drive product and process quality enhancements.

The role requires a bachelor’s in quality/engineering or math, 7–10 years of quality leadership, and strong knowledge of FSMA, HACCP, GMP, and Six Sigma, with travel 10–15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' Degree in Quality, Mathematics or Engineering.
• Professional Accreditation in Quality Engineering and Systems is required.
• Six Sigma or related professional development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Amcor Quality Management System at plant level.
• Lead and mentor the quality team; ensure compliance with FSMA, HACCP and GMP.
• Drive continuous improvement using SPC, CPk and Designed Experiments.
