Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead day-to-day quality operations across its distribution center network. You will supervise quality personnel, drive compliance with quality standards, oversee inspections and rework, and ensure customer-specific requirements are met.

Strong leadership and analytical problem-solving are essential to drive continuous improvement and a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

3+ years in quality, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or ops leadership.
Experience leading teams and managing performance in fast-paced environments.
Experience with quality systems, inspections, audits, corrective actions, and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read and apply procedures and reports.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of quality associates focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee supervisor duties: hiring, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with Mattel quality standards, policies and safety requirements.
