Qualifications

• Quality Management System (QMS) expertise.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Six Sigma methodologies familiarity.
• Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) knowledge.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) proficiency.
• Process Mapping and Value Stream Mapping skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis.
• Proficient in dashboarding and KPI reporting (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) per requirements.
• Lead audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage customer complaints and non-conformance investigations.
• Monitor process data and report concerns to supervision.
• Oversee supplier quality improvement and calibration of equipment.
• Develop dashboards and KPI scorecards for management review.
• Coach teams in quality tools and continuous improvement methods.
