Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. seeks a quality control technician to join our plant in Bowling Green, KY. You will inspect products, document defects, and ensure SOPs are followed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You must have 3+ years in production quality or QA, be able to work 12-hour shifts, and communicate effectively with teams. We offer safety focus, development opportunities, and a path to a meaningful career.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience in quality assurance or production control.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and measurement capability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; focus on quality and safety.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and reporting findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a team environment.
• Ability to work twelve-hour shifts and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete S.A.F.E. observations monthly and inspect/test products for quality defects.
• Report quality issues to appropriate departments and ensure SOP specifications are met.
• Maintain equipment guards and safety devices; follow safe work procedures.
• Identify and isolate non-conforming material; analyze spoilage and take corrective actions.
• Monitor processes and communicate problems to supervision with required paperwork.
• Support SOP edits with Quality Manager and keep work area safe and organized.
• Perform other duties as required.
