Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to partner with the Plant Manager to ensure production of a quality product that meets customer expectations.

This role works across shifts with emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in high-speed manufacturing, knowledge of lean, six sigma basics, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED required.
• 5–7 years in high-speed manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise equipment and personnel to optimize safety, quality, productivity, and spoilage.
• Communicate production changes between departments and between shifts.
• Identify and implement fixes and process improvements on machinery.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching for employees.
• Ensure equipment setup, inspect products for standards and compliance with quality requirements.
