Job summary

VEXCASH AG in Germany is seeking an experienced Quality & Assurance Manager to lead and continuously improve our quality management processes. You will ensure products, services, and operations meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, manage quality risks, and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in QM, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of experience in quality management, QA, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and quality standards.
• Experience with audits, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Very good command of English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Experience with relevant standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Define and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and performance indicators.
• Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Identify quality risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities and perform root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and operations.
• Work closely with all other departments.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to employees on quality-related topics.
• Prepare quality reports and present relevant findings and improvement measures to management.
• Maintain quality documentation and records accurately and effectively.
