EVAPCO, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Quality Manager to support the Quality Assurance Manager and drive quality improvement across the organization. You will help establish standards, study product and consumer requirements, and coach team members in quality programs.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and experience with quality tools. You will collaborate with multiple departments to implement processes and maintain compliance with internal and external expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience required.
• Four-year degree required.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Quality training certifications preferred.
• Proficient with SharePoint and MS Office tools.

Aufgaben

• Support QA Manager in maintaining quality and reliability standards.
• Establish/comply with raw material and in-process product standards.
• Document quality procedures and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of QA staff.
• Prepare quality reports and analyze trends.
• Collaborate with management, engineers, and operators on improvements.
