Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance to lead quality control and quality assurance programs. You will establish quality metrics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure all project deliverables meet customer, internal, and regulatory requirements including applicable standards.

The role requires overseeing risk analyses, control plans, inspection, supplier quality, and metrology activities to ensure products meet stringent performance and reliability criteria

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years in people management and 8+ years in the field.
• Master's Degree with 4+ years in people management and 8+ years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Establish key performance metrics to monitor and improve process performance.
• Manage hiring, retention, and performance management for the QA team.
• Assess quality trends and drive continuous improvement including root cause actions.
• Participate in new product development.
• Review test plans and test cases to ensure standards compliance.
• Maintain high standards of quality activities within the team.
