Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to manage the site quality management system and educate staff on quality requirements. The role supports the Kenco Operating System implementation related to quality assurance at the site.

The position involves updating policies, leading internal audits, and driving process improvements. Travel ~25% is expected; a passport is not required for this travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015.
• Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and add site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the QM sys.
• Administer internal audit program to ensure compliance to the QM system through training auditors, auditing processes and procedures, and measuring results.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and perform root cause and corrective action investigations.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze to identify areas for improvement.
