Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the implementation, oversight, and management of all QA/QC activities across projects nationwide. You will coordinate inspections, document results, and drive the quality program in collaboration with project managers, superintendents, and field teams.

The role requires 5–15 years in construction quality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is acceptable, with a safety-sensitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–15 years progressive construction experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to walk a job site and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all QC inspections and documentation.
• Chair weekly QC meetings with superintendent and provide written reports.
• Develop and establish the Quality Program with project teams.
• Provide status updates to executive management with improvement recommendations.
• Oversee quality teams and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of building systems and submittals.
