Job summary

Clayco is hiring a Quality Control Manager who will implement and manage the Quality Control program, ensuring high-quality product delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating inspections and collaborating with project teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–15 years of progressive construction experience. This role requires travel and a safety-sensitive background check.

• Ability to walk job sites and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Implement, oversee, and manage all aspects of the Quality Control program.
• Coordinate, document, and track inspections.
• Provide executive management with ongoing updates and recommendations.
