Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing (electrical generation preferred).
• Excellent leadership and process management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead 6S events with Kaizen and LEAN Enterprise initiatives.
• Develop supplier evaluation system to meet quality requirements.
• Guide customer complaints with expedient resolution and failure analysis.
• Develop inspection staff systems for disposition of non-conforming material.
• Lead ISO9000 self-assessment teams for external audits.
• Collaborate with calibration staff to resolve issues and reduce costs.
• Write and revise operating procedures for QA practices.
