Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to manage the site quality management system and align processes with customer requirements. You will develop documents and tools, educate operations on QMS requirements, and support implementation of the Kenco Operating System related to quality assurance.

The role includes leading internal audits, training, root-cause analysis, and data-driven improvements to enhance overall quality performance at the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field or equivalent years of experience
• 2–4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015
• Lead Auditor Certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Maintain, update, and add site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the quality management system.
• Administer internal audit program to ensure compliance and measure results.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and perform root cause investigations.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze trends for improvement.
