Job summary

Advancia Technologies LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to identify and prevent issues impacting contract performance on a government site. You will implement a contractor quality program covering records management, document handling, and delivery, ensuring compliance with government standards and training requirements.

You will collect training records, oversee corrective actions, and coordinate with government personnel to maintain high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' work experience in a record facility.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• 3 years of work experience plus BA or 7 years of work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and reasoning skills.
• Read, write, and communicate using English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain records confirming all contractor personnel have completed required training.
• Ensure services are performed to government customer standards.
• Develop procedures to identify and prevent defective services.
• Develop and oversee procedures to remediate processes where quality levels are not met.
• Implement the quality system and quality records for management review.
• Analyze quality data and propose changes to the Site Manager.
• Train site personnel in quality aspects of their job.
• Manage corrective action requests and error transmittal reports.
• Coordinate quality performance with government personnel and Site Manager.
• Provide guidance and implementation of the Quality Control program onsite.
