Datamark is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to develop and maintain QA policies and drive quality across technology delivery. You will coordinate Incident, Change and Problem Management while guiding teams through ITIL-aligned processes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and PMO, focusing on preventing issues and improving service reliability. A bachelor's in CS and 3–5 years in technology are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years in Technology.
• 2–3 years leading teams in ITIL-driven environments.
• Experience with IT Service Management workflows (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
