Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a QA lead for the CHS-6 program to develop surveillance strategies, plan quality audits, maintain the QAPP, and drive data‑driven improvements. You will partner with the Program Manager, lead post‑delivery analyses, and coordinate across sites to ensure mission success and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 2+ years.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Quality assurance experience in a procurement environment.
• Experience supporting PMO-level decision-making and program planning.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience conducting quality audits and preparing for external certification.
• Experience with SharePoint and MS Office tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA surveillance strategies, goals, tasks, roles, and information needs.
• Lead QA planning, work product reviews, and quality audits for CHS-6 program.
• Implement and maintain the QAPP.
• Analyze post-delivery reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Support Lean Six Sigma improvement events addressing complex issues.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards monitoring performance, inventory, and compliance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Produce ad hoc analyses and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
