Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive QA excellence for the CHS 6 program. The role partners with program leadership to implement QA, audits, and continuous improvement across procurement and lifecycle support, including data-driven recommendations and Power BI dashboards.

The position requires a US citizen able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, with hybrid travel to Edgewood, MD (up to 25%), and local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Quality assurance experience in a procurement environment.
• Identify risks, research technical issues, and inform PMO decisions.
• Subject matter expert in QA with process improvement experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management systems.
• Quality audits and external certification preparation experience.
• Experience with SharePoint and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA surveillance strategies with the Program Manager.
• Lead QA planning, work product reviews and quality audits.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP).
• Analyze post-delivery reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in streamlining cross-technical processes.
• Facilitate lean six sigma events to improve multi-area issues.
• Support Power BI dashboards to monitor performance and SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analyses of service delivery issues.
• Provide ad-hoc data analyses for program leadership.
