Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality program across manufacturing and aerospace operations. You will develop and maintain a robust QMS aligned with ISO 9001, drive improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding audits.

You will partner with engineering, production, procurement, and logistics, oversee CAPA and nonconformance handling, monitor KPIs, and lead a QA team with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure product quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive quality experience in manufacturing or aerospace.
• ISO 9001 implementation/maintenance experience; lead auditor preferred.
• Strong Six Sigma/Lean knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001.
• Lead internal and external audits; coordinate CAPA plans and verify effectiveness.
• Manage nonconformance, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and defect reduction using Six Sigma/Lean.
• Oversee QA activities across manufacturing and aerospace operations; ensure traceability.
• Develop KPIs, report to senior management, and drive quality performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to QA team members.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and logistics to ensure manufacturability and quality.
• Manage relationships with customers and regulatory bodies on quality matters.
