Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Operations Quality Assurance Associate in New Jersey to analyze performance data, identify trends, and present findings to clients. You will lead process-improvement initiatives, coach teams, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in process improvement and quality assurance in healthcare ops, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication. Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or four years of experience required.
• 2–4 years in process improvement with training in statistical tools and reporting.
• 2–4 years in quality assurance or quality auditing in call center/healthcare ops.
• Healthcare experience in claim processing, contact center, or benefit verification is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt is a plus; Yellow Belt or higher preferred.
• Strong MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from evaluations to identify trends and risks.
• Identify insights, risks, and opportunities in program and agent performance.
• Create slide decks and present findings to stakeholders and clients.
• Recommend process improvements and lead teams toward action-oriented results.
• Lead meetings with Operations leadership and clients about quality scores.
• Communicate trends and monitor improvement opportunities.
• Provide coaching feedback to Operations Leadership and Agents.
• Coach Associates through peer coaching; train new hires on processes.
• Complete evaluations of Agents’ work for SOP and compliance adherence.
• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives and improvement projects.
